I had a long novel written up for this place about my services and it was too long to post. now I gotta start over . This place is good to go to. it's awesome the people are great. services are great. the place is new. the place is clean. The services they provide excellent. Along with their care. Dr Jack and Joy are the ones that worked with us and our family and both were awesome all their nurses are great too diane is really really awesome she went and bought us a dress because my daughter had an accident we ran out of clean clothing because she had accidents ,earlier before I picked her up from where she was at daycare. I had a really nice story written up about how it all went down and how grateful we were and how these people stepped up and showed how they cared for their patients. but I can't post it 'cause it's too long. but if you come here and use their services you can't go wrong . And they will show you what I was shown the other day, great care, great services.i've been here several times it's not my first time using their services I should have wrote a review a long time ago but I did not I just get busy and I start forgetting stuff. Dr Jack is a great doctor he got all my stuff fixed up ,I might have to come back then for a little bit of a tune up on some other allergens but we're doing pretty good right now I have slept two nights because I just started on my meds for the stuff I'm allergic to and I can breathe and sleep it's pretty nice I feel like a new person when I wake up 'cause I actually was able to sleep. We would like to say thank you again for your guys help.
Dr Boone you know how to pick a good staff. Make sure you retain them. Dr Boone Thank you Sir for your facility that you opened up for all of us to use.
I wish you many years of great small business Success, as an entrepreneur. I was so thrilled with Dr Jack's services, I gave him my card and I told him I would give him a friends and family discount I have a repair business across several trades .That also goes for all the staff. especially Diane.
I'm just glad somebody originated the idea and did that. that was really nice. we've been going through a lot of trauma and heartache right now and that was just really nice.THANK YOU . I didn't even think of going to Marshalls next door to buy a dress after she soiled her dress. My daughter was sick prior to me picking her up At daycare and she ran out of clean clothes and she messed up her dress And it wasn't just P it was bad. And Diane went to Marshalls and got her a dress .Who does that ?come on!!! Primary ENT and Diane does.
If you don't pick up the phone and call and make an appointment, I would say you are a fool and keep looking then , cuz you'll end up back here anyway. lol

I was able to get a next day appointment, in sharp contrast to the weeks or months delay to see an ENT in my home state. Moreover, I was extremely pleased with Joy, the PA, who treated me. She outlined the probable issue and offered a range of treatment plans but steered me toward the one with the best bang for the buck. She also offered to follow up via text if need be. Overall, the visit was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this practice.
I was treated by Joy Adams, and within 5 minutes she identified my problem and prescribed treatment.
