Dr. Benjamin Wicherly is incredibly professional and compassionate. The surgery he performed on my ears was amazing — I had no complications at all. He followed up with me afterward to make sure everything was going smoothly, and everything happened exactly as he explained before the procedure. He is truly a doctor you can trust. This entire office staff and of course the Star of the show Dr. Seth, run this practice on professionalism with compassion. The staff is always smiling and so courteous, a true comfort for anyone with medical anxieties. Dr Seth is very kind and over the top filled with wisdom and knowledge in his field of experience as an ENT. He does not rush his visits, he makes sure that the patient fully understands their prognosis and treatment fully, before leaving. And he smiles and has a people oriented personality ! If 100 stars were a rating, That is what i would give...do not go elsewhere, go to Dr. Seth Brown and his staff, trust me!
