Got in next morning and very thorough appt with the Dr. Had to go to Savage from Maple Grove but totally worth it.

An Excellent and detailed history was taken. A thorough exam was done. Explanation of results was shared in a meaningful and informative way. Time was left for discussion. The audiologist was friendly but very professional.

Primary ENT was absolutely amazing! I have a daughter who needed to get wax removed from her ears and the did a phenomenal job! The doctors were VERY friendly. My daughter hates people messing with her ears and she is hard to restrain but the doctors were very gracious and had techniques to help her. The lobby was also absolutely beautiful and filled with great children’s books and toys! This place is a hidden GEM!
